What does Stratos Studio actually do?+
We help brands translate real experiences, culture and atmosphere into visual storytelling. For hospitality brands we create and manage refined social media content. For other organisations we produce brand and recruitment films that communicate who you are and what it feels like to work with you.
Do you only work with hospitality brands?+
No. Hospitality is a key focus for our social media and visual content work. Outside hospitality, we work with organisations across different industries on brand and recruitment films that support employer branding and positioning.
Do you manage social media as well?+
Yes. We provide strategic social media management, including content creation, scheduling, engagement and performance tracking. Whether you need full management or support alongside your in-house team, we tailor our approach to your brand.
How do you approach a new project?+
We start by understanding the reality of the brand or organisation: culture, daily rhythm and ambition. From there we define what needs to be shown and how it should feel, before creating visual content that aligns with that understanding.
Do you work with packages or fixed pricing?+
No. Every project is scoped individually. The work depends on context, goals and how the content will be used. After an initial conversation, we define a clear scope and proposal that fits the situation.
How involved do we need to be during the process?+
We aim to make the process calm and efficient. We ask the right questions upfront and handle the creative direction and production. Clients are involved at key moments, but not required to manage the process day-to-day.
